"SAHI" - a unique charity
"SAHI" - a unique charity patrol - is a program in which young people who are on the risk continuum become caring and responsible citizens, who contribute to the community and bring about far-reaching social change. During the program, the teens give food to families in the neighbourhood secretly on a weekly basis, as well as take part of various giving activities for the community, such as renovating the homes of Holocaust survivors, adopting individual elderly people in the community, distributing water in markets on hot days, making buildings accessible to people with special needs and more, all according to the needs identified in their neighborhood.

The suggested activity for students
-
Group work with the youth alongside the "Chief" (group guide).
-
Individual work with teenagers in order to create a personal connection with them.
-
Integration in a variety of giving activities for the community - on a regular weekly basis and at peak events around the holidays.
-
Leading initiatives together with the youth to identify needs in the neighborhood and providing a solution.
-
Suitable for students with a passion for social change and with the ability and curiosity to learn new things. Young people who are interested in interpersonal communication and educational-process work with youth at risk.
Because the activity is in the field, the volunteers must reside in the activity area.
Activity days: Sunday to Thursday | Hours of operation: 19:30-23:30
