Each year, 50 outstanding students are selected whose work deserves special appreciation and commendation, for high motivation, dedication and professionalism in performing their duties. The recipients receive special recognition as part of the "Excellence Ceremony", in which they receive a festive gratitude and a financial excellence scholarship of up to NIS 1,500 in honor of the late Hanoch Zamir, formerly Deputy Director General of the Ministry of  aliyah and integration.
